1. Please do not ship forbidden goods, we will not open your parcel and therefore will not be responsible for any incurred loss by this.
2. Possibility of parcel lost is very limited. In case it happens, please report to us immediately, we will assist you on claiming the loss from BPOST. All invoices of goods in the parcel should be provided. Please note that BPOST is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by local customs. BPOST only reimburse the loss of goods value, but not the shipping cost.
3. BPOST is not responsible for any damage incurred in the course of shippment, please ask the recipient to claim the damage from the local post office or EMS services. We are not responsible for the damages either.
4. Parcel size specification: (1*length)+(2*width)+(3*height)<3m, the biggestside<1.5m
5. As from January 1, 2014: parcels are insured up to €100. For an extra €3, the insurance is up to €1500.
6. Request for information of parcel status can only be made within 30 calendar days after the “accepted” scan.
7. Important: According to the general terms and conditions of BPOST, the damaged or inadequate packing will not be accepted. However an additional fee for the shipping and administration will be charged.
